J.O Dallas Associate is a well-established practice of independent chartered surveyors in Coleraine. With over 30 years of industry experience, we are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our dedicated team offers a comprehensive range of property surveying and consultancy services, including residential property valuations, RICS HomeBuyer Survey (Level 2), and RICS Building Survey (Level 3).

The principal of the firm is Oswald Dallas Oswald studied at the Ulster University and the college of estate management in Reading. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, having worked in the construction/building sector all his career. He has gathered a wealth of experience especially in the building surveyoring field. With a hands on approach he believes in an accessible and friendly service where discussion and advice to clients is encouraged. After the issue of our reports our surveyors are happy to talk over any queries our clients may wish to discuss.
