Level 1 Survey – Condition Report

The Condition Report provides a snapshot of the property's general condition and highlights any urgent defects that need attention. It’s suitable for conventional homes under 10 years old where no major issues are expected.

Level 2 Survey – HomeBuyer Report

Our most popular survey, ideal for most standard residential purchases.

The HomeBuyer Report offers a more detailed inspection than a Level 1, with advice on repairs, maintenance, and any areas needing further investigation. Perfect for homes built between 1850 and 2015.

Level 3 Survey – Building Survey

A comprehensive, in-depth inspection designed for older or more complex properties. Ideal for buyers looking for for buyers that want a higher level of reassurance.

Previously known as a “full structural survey”, the Level 3 Building Survey is best for large, historic, or heavily altered buildings, providing detailed advice on structural integrity, defects, and maintenance planning.
